About
AUCTOR is a founder-led residential construction and development company serving the Pacific Northwest. We work on projects ranging from targeted property improvements and ADUs to major renovations, new homes and residential development.
Our perspective is shaped by both sides of the work: building for clients and investing in properties ourselves. That means we understand that good construction must balance design, durability, permitting, budget, schedule and long-term usefulness.
The name
The name carries an older sense of responsibility — the person who originates a work and remains answerable for it. We use it plainly. It shows up in how we plan, how we communicate and what we are willing to put our name on, not in decoration.
Founders
AUCTOR was founded by two partners with a shared interest in construction, real estate and the potential hidden in overlooked properties.
Co-Founder
