Modern Pacific Northwest home with dark cedar siding and warm interior lighting among tall evergreens

Seattle · Tacoma · Pacific Northwest

Residential construction and development, built for the Pacific Northwest.

From ADUs and major renovations to new homes and infill development, AUCTOR turns underused properties into well-built, lasting places.

Introduction

We build properties with a future.

AUCTOR works across the full life of a residential property, from improving an existing home to developing an overlooked lot from the ground up. We combine hands-on construction experience with an owner's understanding of budgets, schedules, permits and long-term value.

  • Build it properly

Methods and materials chosen for how they perform over decades, not how they look on day one.

  • Communicate clearly

Direct answers on cost, schedule and constraints, including the answers nobody wanted.

  • Think beyond the immediate project

Decisions weighed against how the property will be used and valued years from now.

Why AUCTOR

How we work, in four points.

  • Builder and owner perspective

We evaluate decisions for construction quality, cost, schedule and long-term property value.

  • Direct accountability

Clients and partners communicate with the people responsible for the work.

  • Permit-conscious planning

Projects are approached with permitting, inspections and documentation in mind from the beginning.

  • Pacific Northwest practicality

We account for local weather, drainage, site conditions, materials and neighborhood context.

About

Founder-led, by design.

AUCTOR was founded by two partners with a shared interest in construction, real estate and the potential hidden in overlooked properties. The company is being built around a simple standard: approach every project as though we will own the finished result ourselves.
